1. General

These terms apply to all purchases made through the MSQDRT online shop. By placing an order you agree to these terms. MSQDRT is operated by Mosaïque d'Art, Belgium.

2. Products & Condition

All items sold by MSQDRT are vintage or second-hand. Condition is described honestly using standard grading scales (Mint, Near Mint, VG+, VG, Good). We cannot accept returns based on condition if it was accurately described.

3. Pricing

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. MSQDRT reserves the right to correct pricing errors before shipment.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit and debit cards. Payment is charged at the time of order placement.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Tracking is provided for all orders. MSQDRT is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs, though we will assist in filing claims where possible.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt if an item was significantly misrepresented. Contact us via the contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.

We do not accept returns for items whose condition was accurately described, or for buyer's remorse.

7. Privacy

Customer information collected during checkout is used solely to process and fulfil orders. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except as required for payment (Stripe) or shipping.

8. Cookies

MSQDRT uses strictly necessary cookies to operate the shopping cart and session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies without your explicit consent. You may decline optional cookies via the banner shown on your first visit.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
